"one thing I do with your beef is brown it up then add chilli powder, cumin, paprika, garlic, salt and some water then simmer and refrigerate,it's delicious. What I notice is the fat which solidifies at the bottom has a deep orange colour, I think that's the beta carotene from the grass, much like my grass fed butter. Needless to say the supermarket beef doesn't have that"
