Our Preservative & Gluten Free Range

After much trialling, and in some cases tribulations, we believe we have a range of Preservative/Gluten Free Sausages and Hamburger Patties that will appeal to all tastes. All are hand made, big on flavour, due to our grass-fed beef, and big on beef, up to 93% beef!!

Our standard Pres/Gluten Free Beef Sausage has been a winner from day one, if you are a parent and concerned about the amount of preservatives in your childs diet, then this is the sausage for you!! And the kids love them!!

The shorter, thicker gourmet sausage range is certain to appeal to the most discerning foodie, all again are preservative and/or gluten free and come in four varieties;

Sundried Tom./Feta and Spinach – made with beautiful Borello Feta cheese. *Small amount of preservative in sundried tomatoes.

Herb & Garlic – quite often the popular one at taste tests.

Blackwood Valley Merlot – made with organic Karafiles Merlot wine locally grown in the Blackwood Valley. *Very small amount of preservative in wine.

Cracked Black Pepper – one with a bit more bite, for the pepper fans.

After much refining we believe we have two hamburger patties that will impress any hamburger junky, the Gourmet Hamburger Pattie and the Gourmet Herbed Hamburger Pattie. At our last “taste testing”, at the Balingup Small Farm Field Day, opinions were evenly divided on which one was best, most people said both were good!! All we can say is both are all beef, a few herbs and spices and that’s it!!

Note: All sausages and hamburgers are not certified organic due to the fact non-organic ingredients are used, however you can be 100% guaranteed that ONLY certified organic(in conversion) Blackwood Valley Beef is used in their preparation. Full ingredient lists now on packs.
